Many of you have asked what we did with the kids and we failed to mention where the other members of our family are :-). Bodie, needing new bandages on his foot was dropped off at the Vet on our way to the hospital - we figured he could stay one night and we would pick him up the next day. As the events panned out they graciously said leave him here and we will take care of him. From care at the clinic to even going home with Elaine he seems pretty darn happy there. As it turns out they were trying to post a comment to our blog which they have been following and inadvertently created their own blog. They only have photos of Bodie on it right now but I think it is an excellent way for pet owners to get a glimpse of their "kids" while they are away. Sugar and the cats are at home. Medora took excellent care of Sugar the first week, then Margaret and now Ronee and Emily. I am certain he is happy (possibly confused) and hopefully not treating them the way he treats me :-).
