We had such a great trip to Hawaii. Here are a few of the pictures from our trip. I will be posting more soon but they are not on my pc so I have to go with these for now. We went on a sunset boat ride right from our beach. George liked it a lot. There were two young boys on the boat (it was spring break for Hawaii too) and he was fascinated with them and all they could do. One of the boys blew the conch shell and George thought that was pretty cool.

We had a lot of time to spare before our flight out so we went to the zoo. What a great zoo for such a small facility. They had a wonderful kids zoo with goats to pet and many other animals to look at. George petted every goat about three+ times and even attempted to kiss one of them. This koi pond was amazing. This exhibit, like most in the kids park, had a tunnel you could crawl through to see the tank from the inside. I stayed on the outside and took the picture :-).

This tortoise was huge! The sign said they put a few in the exhibit in the early 80's and within 2 years they had over 200 babies! Also the reptiles could determine the sex of the offspring by the temperature of the soil via the depth of where they lay their eggs.

You are the first ones to talk about seeing a zoo in Hawaii! How wonderful that little ones lead their parents to the best places. So glad to read you occasionally and know you are having a great time in life.
