George and Henry in the snow

As many of you may know we have been getting an excessive amount of snow over the last week. It has finally warmed to a temperature that is bearable to stay out in for more time than it takes to get them dressed. Henry decided to stop for a snack and George couldn't let him have all of the attention...

In the pool

We had the pool resurfaced and it is finally back up to temperature. Henry was having a blast, as were George and Daddy.

I Love You - Henry's version

So again, I apologize in advance for my singing but Henry is making his debut. He kept singing this tune, it took us a while to figure out what it was but once we did....all you have to say is I love you and he breaks out in this song. The dance is new :-)

Family Matters

Family Matters hosts toddler play on Tuesdays. Each week is a different activity: roll & tumble, messy play, mix and measure and out and about. This last week for out and about it was raining pretty steadily so Tessa had some activities set up inside. One was painting fully equipped with paint shirts and berets. George obviously has no French heritage as the beret just didn't do on him but Lily wore it well! Tessa also had them painting with forks and as Henry is learning to eat with forks the first thing he did was...... - you guessed it!

These next two pictures were from a couple of weeks ago. Lily came over to play and it was so pretty outside. Henry LOVES to swing!

Halloween Carnival

We went to the Halloween carnival tonight and the kids had so much fun. George dressed again as 'Bob the Builder' but lost (mom carried) the hard hat and shoes after the first 5 minutes. It is such a great event that the New Life Church puts on. They have ball pits for the littlest kids and toddler games including golf, ring toss, fishing, bowling, basketball, face painting and football toss. In the gym they have food and drinks and games for the older kids. Emily volunteered and worked one of the booths for the older kids. Here are a few pictures.

Henry trying to decide which ball pit is better.

Emily 'manning' her station - looks like one is getting away!

George getting his face painted - he liked it so much that he asked her to do one on the other side.

Beautiful Emily!
